The complete service
CCR will provide a full costs service from the preparation of the bill of costs to the attendance at a Detailed Assessment hearing if necessary. Our aim is simply to obtain payment of your costs as quickly as possible. The bills we produce are accurate, reflecting fully the work carried out by our clients. This means that we need only agree to reduce those costs slightly failing which, we will swiftly apply for the costs to be assessed. Such is our reputation that we now rarely proceed to a hearing in respect of costs. We have strict inflexible time limits and no delay by the paying party is tolerated. |
