We can offer a conventional and fully flexible costs service payable by either an hourly rate or our “no win, no fee” package. The choice is yours. To avoid delays in the negotiation process, we ask you to give us a delegated authority for negotiations (within certain parameters) in order to progress things as quickly as possible. The team will be confident in proceeding to a detailed assessment if we are unable to agree costs at the delegated authority level.
